Toyota Good for Footy is Toyota's grassroots footy program. Toyota is committed to helping grow the game of footy.

The Toyota Good for Footy Raffle is fundraising made easy! Toyota provides all the prizes for the raffle and grassroots clubs get 100% of the proceeds and there is no sign up or registration fees. Last year (2025) was another stellar year for the Toyota Good for Footy Raffle. Together we sold thousands of tickets, gave away more than $289,000 worth of prizes, and raised $1,173,270 for 837 footy clubs across the country.

The Toyota Good for Footy Raffle is fundraising made easy, there are no costs for clubs, no need to organise prizes or follow up winners. Don't spend more time organising your own club's raffle when we have done everything for you. You simply need to register and start fundraising.

Any grassroot football club and umpiring associations in Australia (men's, women's, junior, senior, masters, all access etc.) can register for the raffle. AFL and AFLW clubs are ineligible to register for the raffle.

Yes, the raffle is digital which means there are no paper tickets and all sales happen online. There are no more chasing lost tickets, missing cash from players or parents or spending hours counting tickets and money. All transactions take place within a personalised club portal and buyers receive tickets directly via email, meaning less admin for you, while your club still gets to keep 100% of the proceeds of every ticket sold.

1. Register your club via the Toyota Good for Footy website. At the top right hand corner, click on the CLUB REGISTRATION button.
2. As the first step, create a login for the Toyota Good for Footy website
3. You will be sent an email asking you to confirm your email address (check your Junk folder in case the message ends up there)
4. Once you have confirmed your email address, you can select your football club
5. Once you have selected your club, click the Start Now button to fill in club's relevant details (you will need to provide club's bank details) and press Submit
6. RaffleTix will review your submission and enable the account or contact you for further information. You will be sent an email when your account has been enabled.
7. When you receive the email that your account has been enabled, you can log in to the raffle Admin portal and start selling raffle tickets!

In any situation where you are having problems with your account please email support@raffletix.com.au.

Every club will receive a unique URL (link) where people can buy raffle tickets directly for the club. The best way to get the word out about the raffle is to post the link EVERYWHERE. Put it on all your social media channels, email it to everyone in the club, put it in the newsletter, send it out via group chats and tell your friends about it.

If there is someone at your club who is tech savvy, get them to register for the raffle but also get them to take people at the club through club Admin portal and explain how to use it. The raffle is very user friendly however having someone who is good with technology can help to get the most out of the club Admin portal.

If buying a ticket online through the raffle website, then purchasers are able to pay for a raffle ticket via a banking card (American Express is accepted). Please be aware there is a payment processing charge of 1.70% plus $0.30 for using a banking card.

If you are buying a ticket from an in-person seller then there is an option to pay with card or cash. If the person pays in cash, there are no payment processing fees. More information about in-person selling in the next question.

The RaffleTix platforms uses the Stripe payment processing platform, now considered one of the most popular and secure of all the payment processing services available. Any credit or debit card details are encrypted, and the details are NOT stored. For more information about Stripe's security, see: stripe.com/docs/security/stripe.

Of course, even though the raffle is digital it is still possible to do in-person transactions. You can register people from your club to become In-person Sellers. A club administrator needs to do this, here's how:

1. In your club portal, click on the Invite Ticket Sellers tab
2. Then click on the Invite a Ticket Seller button
3. You can invite people to become Ticket Sellers. Each Ticket Seller will be given a unique Raffle Seller Link, which they can share on their socials, or via email, QR code, SMS, or messaging.
4. When you fill out the Ticket Seller's information, you can choose if you want them to be an In-Person Seller
5. The Ticket Seller will receive a system-generated email message that contains their unique Raffle Seller Link, as well as a link to a page where they can track their sales performance.
6. If you have chosen to invite the Ticket Seller to also be an In-Person Seller, the email will include login details so that the Ticket Seller can log in and start doing In-Person Sales.

When selling tickets in person:

1. The In-Person Seller logs in to the raffle website via their phone or tablet and is taken to the In-Person Sales page for their club
2. The In-Person Seller enters the ticket buyer's information into the payment form
3. The In-Person Seller can choose cash (no credit card fees) or card (credit card fees)
4. The In-Person Seller confirms the purchase and collects the cash, or enter's the ticket buyer's card details
5. The ticket buyer receives an instant SMS message confirming their purchase

Recommended places to conduct In-Person Sales:

• Walk around during football games or other sporting games
• Set up a stall at your local shopping centre
• In people's offices
• If your club has a partnership with a Toyota dealer, invite them to become an in-person seller
• Annual fundraising/football night events
• School functions

Again, the raffle is fundraising made easy, so we have made everything for you, no need for you to make anything extra. These assets are available for you to use with no limit, now that's good for footy.

On your user portal you will have access to:

• Promotional posters – post these around the club, local schools, shopping centres. These are great because they show the AMAZING prizes that people can win
• Social posts – post these on your Instagram, Facebook, club Facebook group, Snapchat, X, and Tik Tok. If you can, link the club's unique URL so buyers can go directly to your club

Due to compliance reasons and financial reporting, all IN-PERSON CASH SALES need to be deposited to the Good For Footy bank account by the due date (see Key Dates above). If cash sales are not deposited to the account by this date, then the tickets will not be accepted into the raffle. If your club has done some In-Person Sales and have cash, deposit the cash straight away to avoid you forgetting in the future.

All funds will be returned in full to clubs within four weeks of the date of the draw and clubs will be notified via email (check your junk mail as well). RaffleTix will contact clubs closer to the draw date to notify them of the process. If your club has not received its funds after the notification, please contact RaffleTix to resolve the issue.

Once you receive your funds back, the options are endless. Most clubs in the past have used the money to buy equipment, uniforms, registration fees and specific training courses but it depends on what your club needs.
